Well here is a photo of the “Old Ditch”  I know that it doesn’t look like much here, but this channel has crushed more military attempts and Channel swimmers dreams than any other.  Marked on the map are some pretty standard points.  The ideal swim is from Shakespeare Beach to Cap Griz Nes.
