06/30 – The Swim – 9 1/2 Hours

Almost 9 hours in and about 2.5 miles from french soil. Got socked wth some serious fog about 1hour ago abd temp dropped about 15 degrees and winds and swells picked up. At her last feeding MM said she felt like she was swimming in circles!
Keep the comments coming they are really helping her power through to chop.

katie – thinking of you…hope you’re enjoying watching your sister accomplish such an awesome event. can’t wait to hear your stories…and see lots of pictures. so happy the swim was early – you two get to enjoy some good sista-time after this is all said and done. very proud of you both!!!
